His hasty resignation is a massive departure from the WEF's original transition plan, which would've allowed Schwab to linger in his throne until 2027.

Trump accuses Zelensky of harming peace talks | 23 April 2025 | Ukraine's Vladimir Zelensky could lose the entirety of his country if he continues stalling talks with Russia, U.S. President Donald Trump warned in a post on Truth Social on Wednesday. Zelensky had publicly announced that Kiev will not even discuss officially recognizing the Crimean Peninsula as Russian, a key tenet of a Washington-backed peace proposal which it was to present at a meeting with officials the country's European backers on Wednesday. Following the rebuttal the top members of the U.S. delegation withdrew from the planned talks, leading to the meeting being "downgraded" at the last minute. "This statement is very harmful to the Peace Negotiations with Russia in that Crimea was lost years ago," Trump wrote, accusing the Ukrainian leader of prolonging the conflict. Crimea's predominantly ethnic-Russian population voted to join Russia in a referendum in 2014, following a Western-backed armed coup in Kiev.

Her comments come after incoming German chancellor Friedrich Merz indicated that he would be open to supplying Kiev with long-range Taurus cruise missiles. The weapon has a 500km strike range, meaning they could be used to attack targets deep inside Russian territory. Germany's current acting chancellor Olaf Scholz has repeatedly refused Kiev's requests for the missiles, citing fears of an escalation of the conflict.

Hegseth on Sunday reposted an X post claiming: "Commander of Fort McCoy, whose base chain-of-command board was missing photos of Trump, Vance and Hegseth, has been SUSPENDED." It came after the Defense Department (DOD) announced a probe into why a wall displaying the chain of command had empty frames on the wall where Trump, Vance and Hegseth's images would typically be displayed.

Biden administration partnered with private companies, USAID to combat 'disinformation' | 20 April 2025 | Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has declassified a document from the Biden regime showing that the federal government used taxpayer dollars to collaborate with foreign and private entities to counter what it characterized as domestic terrorism activity. The massive shakeup will free children from the "toxic soup" that makes up much of America's food supply, Dr. Makary said. The Trump administration will set a plan for food companies to follow in order to adequately phase out the use of Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Blue 2, and Green 3 by the end of 2026 and start using natural alternatives, which the FDA will approve or deny first. "For companies that are currently using petroleum based red dye, try watermelon juice or beet juice," Makary said, lifting small bottles of juice off his podium. "For companies currently combining petroleum-based yellow chemical and red dyes together, try carrot juice."

Aliakbar Mohammad Amin allegedly sent threatening messages over text about Gabbard and her husband. These alleged text messages included: "You and your family are going to die soon" and "I will personally do the job if necessary. Death to America means death to America literally, Tulsi is living on borrowed time...Prepare to die, you, Tulsi, and everyone you hold dear. America will burn." Furthermore, the federal government also found similar threats Amin made on social media. The 24-year-old had an image showing a firearm pointed at a picture of Gabbard... Federal agents seized that firearm after conducting a search warrant on Amin's home.

New Mexico judge resigns after alleged TdA member arrested at his home | 21 April 2025 | A New Mexico judge resigned from the bench after an alleged Tren de Aragua gang member was arrested at his home. Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano's resignation letter is dated March 3, but a spokesman for the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) told Fox News Digital it was not received by the Supreme Court and 3rd Judicial District Court until March 31. Back in January, Homeland Security Investigations Las Cruces began looking into Venezuelan native Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, "an illegal alien from Venezuela and a suspected member of a criminal gang" who was "residing with other illegal aliens" and "in possession of firearms," according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital. On Feb. 28, two search warrants were executed at a home investigators identified as owned by Cano's wife, Nancy Cano. Ortega-Lopez and his roommates were taken into custody, and agents "seized four firearms from April Cano's residence." April Cano is the daughter of Nancy and Joel, court documents state.

Illegal immigrant charged with murder of Maryland mom days after Van Hollen's return from El Salvador | 23 April 2025 | U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) charged an illegal immigrant with the murder of a mother in Maryland on Wednesday, just five days after Sen. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., returned to the state from his high-profile El Salvador visit to try to retrieve a deported alleged MS-13 member. ICE arrested Keycy Robinson Alexis Barrera-Rosa, a 23-year-old Guatemalan national on April 5 in Charles County. He was later charged on April 23 after the body of Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra from LaPlata was discovered buried near a state forest. ICE said Barrera-Rosa would be "fully prosecuted" for the alleged murder, according to ICE.

How Democratic senator who enjoyed 'fake margaritas' with deported may have broken the law | 19 April 2025 | The Democratic Senator who visited the deported Maryland man has been accused by some conservatives of violating a 200-year-old law by visiting El Salvador and lobbying for his release. Chris Van Hollen, who also represents Maryland, flew out to El Salvador on Wednesday to visit Kilmar Abrego Garcia urging for the deported migrant's release, leading to accusations by angered Republicans that he violated The Logan Act. The act determines that any American corresponding with foreign officials "with intent to influence the[ir] measures...in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States," may face a fine or imprisonment. Republican political adviser Roger Stone declared on X that the Maryland Senator should face prosecution and wrote: "Pursuing your own individual foreign policy is a violation of the Logan Act. The FBI should arrest this senator the instant he returns to the country."

Alleged MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia suspected of human trafficking, feds say | 18 April 2025 | The feds suspected alleged MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was deported to El Salvador in an error, was engaged in human and labor trafficking in 2022, according to an internal memo obtained by The Post. The DHS intelligence report noted that Abrego Garcia was pulled over by the Tennessee Highway Patrol on Dec. 1, 2022, after he was caught speeding. Cops suspected human trafficking was involved because Abrego Garcia and his eight passengers had no luggage despite having been on the road for three days traveling from Texas to Maryland. All nine passengers also gave the same home address to a responding officer. The officer wrote that he suspected "a human trafficking incident" following the stop. Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin told The Post Friday that not only is Abrego Garcia an "MS-13 gang member" and an "illegal alien," he's a "suspected human trafficker."

Steam spotted billowing from massive U.S. volcano as American city braces for imminent eruption | 21 April 2025 | A massive volcano in Alaska is now steaming from its summit crater, signaling more signs of unrest. Scientists have been keeping a close eye on Mount Spurr, a 11,000-foot-tall volcano that sits just 81 miles from the city of Anchorage, over the past few months due to growing signs it is ready to blow. In the Alaska Volcano Observatory's (AVO) latest update, scientists said webcam images captured over the weekend showed "continued steaming from the summit crater."
